Kira Sullivan is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, certified in diastasis recti repair and pre and postnatal exercise design. She has over 16 years experience helping women find health, wellness, and fitness during motherhood. All programs are designed individually, with your personal areas of focus in mind. Program focuses may include losing weight, gaining muscle, improving postpartum abdominal strength, decreasing diastasis recti, and safely resuming exercise post baby. Whatever your specific fitness needs, Kira is passionate about helping women feel strong and healthy throughout motherhood.
