One Fit Challenge

Our popular annual fitness challenge is nine weeks of unstoppable motivation, goal setting, and health assessments. If you are looking to get into shape with a friendly, supportive group of women, this challenge is for you! One Fit Challenge, which runs every year from February to April, includes measurements, physical assessments with a personal trainer, day by day calendar with wellness challenges, accountability teams, nutrition focuses, and access to our motivating, private challenge facebook group. Our challenge team benefits from information from local Wellness Education partners, as we host various relevant, health-related discussions throughout the nine weeks. Our challenge team celebrates big, with a pre-challenge launch party, and a post challenge awards dinner, with incredible prizes from our sponsors.
