Individualized personal training in a small group setting!

If you’re looking for individual attention from a professional at a more affordable rate than a one on one session, join our small group training session! Small group sessions allow you to get attention from a personal trainer and socialize with other women. Small groups are held at Apex Performance Center on Dale Avenue, near the Bodo’s on Preston.

Small group sessions are held with Kira Sullivan, a NSCA certified personal trainer with over 20 years experience training women. Kira is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, certified in diastasis repair, pre and postnatal exercise design, Pilates certified, and a Revolution Running Coach. Kira has devoted her career to helping postpartum women feel strong, empowered and confident.
