Combining cardio, strenth, and core, OFM is a 60 minute fun, high energy class. OFM is appropriate for all ability levels, and modifications are given for pregnant and postpartum women. Our instructors are trained in pre and postnatal exercise and you can be sure that you will be getting a safe, effective workout. Babies are welcome to join in the stroller, and toddlers and big kids can play on the sidelines. Come as you are to One Fit Mother - we are all mothers and you won’t find a more supportive community. One Fit Mother is the best of both worlds, combining a great workout with socializing and support from other moms!
